• Resumen

  Este trabajo analiza el Instituto de Psicología Educacional de la provincia de Buenos Aires durante su primera década de existencia (1948-1958). Para ello reconstruye el proceso de creación y conformación del Instituto –luego Dirección– centrándose en los aspectos institucionales, las transformaciones burocráticas y las trayectorias profesionales de los técnicos involucrados en su momento fundacional. A diferencia de aquellas interpretaciones que señalan el golpe de Estado de 1955 como un punto de inflexión en el campo de la pedagogía y la psicología, el artículo propone mostrar las persistencias y la circulación de saberes entre el periodo peronista y el posterior. Con ese fin, se releva un amplio corpus documental que permite reconstruir los vasos comunicantes que mantuvieron las instituciones y los expertos luego de 1955.

• Abstract

  Through the perceptions of the impact that Peronism left in the Developmental State, we analyze the Institute of Educational Psychology of Buenos Aires province –promoted later to Direction– between 1948 and 1958, focusing on the experts actions who contributed in its foundational and development process. Unlike those interpretations that indicate the coup d'état of 1955, that deposed Peronist government, as a turning point in the field of Pedagogy and Psychology, we argued that there was a passage of knowledge from State to University since then. Thus, this article discusses the subsidiary place of the scientific knowledge production during the first Peronism as a research problem in Human and Social studies, considering a reconstruction of the links between institutions and experts after 1955.
